Gift card designs

A gift card design defines how gift cards look in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet and how long they are valid. The sharing settings are described under Sharing cards.

Card title

The title Apple Wallet and Google Wallet show for the gift card.

If left empty, the design’s name is used. Keep it short: wallet apps truncate long titles.

Counted from

A gift card’s validity is always counted from the moment it is created. Unlike stamp cards there is no “From last usage” option: spending from the card does not extend it.

If you change the validity in the design, the new value only applies to cards created afterwards. Cards already issued keep their expiry date.
